Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1024na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is Omen 15 dc1xxx battery doesn't last much, at most 1.5 hours. Just wondering how can that be fixed so that i can use it for at least 3 to 4 hours without power.

Is there something wrong with the original battery and is there an upgrade to boost the time or can i replace with a better one ?

 

Please advise ?

Battery type
4-cell, 70 Wh Li-ion polymer

your battery life

Battery life mixed usage
Up to 5 hours and 15 minutes
Video Playback Battery life
Up to 2 hours and 45 minute

 

you can try to change some settings to better battery life as i sent

The maximum capacity of a battery changes over time. To know the condition of your battery, test and calibrate your battery if necessary.
