HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y1AV)

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent issues with my laptop, which is still under warranty until August 8, 2024. On January 15th, I had my laptop repaired for a RAM issue.

Unfortunately, the same problem reoccurred after five months.

 

On August 5th, I contacted your service center, and a case was opened. However, I was later informed that the case was canceled due to corrosion found in the RAM slot,which, according to your policy, is not covered. This was despite my warranty being active. I believe this corrosion may be due to carelessness during the previous repair.

I requested a callback from HP support to discuss the situation. However, after explaining the issue for 15 minutes, the call was disconnected due to poor voice quality, and no further action was taken

Given that my laptop is under warranty and the issue has resurfaced potentially due to prior repair negligence, I request that you fix this issue at no additional cost.
