My laptop takes a while to charge in the sense of it wont charge like no charge just a "HP Smart AC adapter is not functioning correctly" Popup most of the time and the website says my laptop needs a 65w non smart ac adapter but i dont know how to identify a charger as smart or not like on amazon a charger just says its hp and all that on the box... Is it not a smart adapter if it doesnt say smart on the box? My current charger is a smart ac adapter ( i think it said that on the box when i bought it ) and 90w
