I have tried everything I could to restore my laptop,  I did the hardware diagnostics test and it passed,  I did a memory Quick check and it passed ,, did the Hard drive test and  it passed I am sorry for taking so long  to answer but I am so confused I  don't know very much about computers and it is really  frustrating to not be able to understand when people try to help me because I don't know how to follow the instructions,  Thank you, I am still working on it will let you know when it is fixed!

@bessieseay2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, what do you see on the computer screen when you power it ON?

As you are able to run the tests, it means the Notebook is able to power ON.

 

If it is not booting to Windows, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Computer Does Not Start
