I want the answer from HP. I broke my touch pad and gave it to jarear they replaced it but the notebook stopped working like before if I touch my laptop a little hard it shuts off and restarts

Hello, if you have a problem since a repair I recommend to you contact the repairman.. When in your PC do you touch hardly when it restart??

HP did not service your notebook, someone else did -- so it's unreasonable to expect HP to fix any problems they created.
