Hello, I’ve been trying to increase my local storage space but as it is a 32gb there is so little I can do. Is there way to increase to like over 250gb? I’ve already talked to Microsoft to be able to update my windows to 10 but they are unable to do it without the computer not loading the rest. They said I need a bigger internal storage. Is there something that I can do or do I need a new computer. I’ve also bought an external storage.

The only way to "improve" it would be to replace it, and I already talked about that.
If the problem is lack of disk space, here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
Also, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html

In terms of replacing the SSD -- no.
It is soldered to the motherboard, making it very hard to remove without seriously damaging the PC.
It's not just a matter of loosening a couple of screws and swapping it for another SSD.
