Version:10.0.14393 Build 14393
It has an Intel HD graphics card
Processor: intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M380 @2.53GHz, 2533 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 logical processor(s)
Ram:4gb
But the system can't play any game on low settings..
I tried checking my product so I can download the latest version of drivers....
But I discovered that my pc has 2 different products..
The one at the back of the system is
Product : QE118UA#ABA
The name of the pc for this product is Pavilion g7-1260us
While when I checked my pc info I saw another product which is
Product: LF156UA#ABA
The name of the pc for this product is
Pavilion g7-1070
So I think I have a wrong product installed in the pc and it's causing the system to lag..
Please how can I fix this
I'll really appreciate it if I can get a quick answer..
Because I'm running out if options...
Thank you

> it's causing the system to lag.
I doubt that your observations are the cause of the "lag".
> It has an Intel HD graphics card
Are you using the latest device-driver software for your graphics-adapter?
> Processor: intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M380 @2.53GHz, 2533 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 logical processor(s)
Each CPU is "only" 2.53 Ghz.
> Ram: 4gb
Measure, measure, measure.
Before launching the game, start the Windows "Task Manager", and click to the "Performance" tab.
Is the CPU percentage "low", e.g., under 10% for each of the 4 CPUs?
Is the RAM usage "low", e.g,. under 2GB being used?
Minimize its window.
Open the game, and play for a minute or two.
Task-switch back to the Task Manager, and look again at the CPU and RAM usage.
Some games only use one CPU, not all 4 that are available in your computer.
A symptom of this is that the overall CPU usage will max-out at 25% -- each CPU is working, but only 1/4 of the time, and only one CPU is "busy" (another CPU may be running the Task Manager task).
Tell us what you observe.

I upgraded it to Windows 10 64bit
I downloaded the Intel update utility...
The only update I saw when I scanned the computer was( setup chipest) which I downloaded and installed
I tried updating the Intel from the device manager
It said I have the latest update..
Driver date : 26/11/2012
Driver version :8.15.10.2900

Yes, 25% for the game, and 8% to 15% for other "background" tasks.
Which game? Is there a newer version that exploits all 4 processors, instead of just using one CPU?
Compare to placing an order at a "fast-food" restaurant, when you are the only customer, and there are 4 employees behind the counter. One employee runs around, doing all the work to fulfill your order, and the other three employees do nothing. Even if two or three new customers arrive, your order is fulfilled at the same speed.

FIFA 14 recommended requirements: http://www.fifplay.com/fifa-14-system-requirements/
Your system seems to be slightly above those recommendations, but I don't know about your video-card.
No, you cannot "combine" the CPU (Windows is already doing it) -- only more GHz will help.
