I can’t even begin to express how disgusted I am with HP and their customer service. They have pushed back my repair multiple times and my laptop has been gone for almost 2 months!!! I have been on the phone for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to answer me this is so ridiculous!!! I will never in my life order another product from this sad company. I need my laptop back today, TODAY. SOMEONE from HP please send me back my laptop. I work, I am a graduate and I need my laptop! I am extremely upset. On the phone for 2 hours and can’t chat with the virtual agent at all.
