I upgraded my pc to windows 10 64bit and lost my hp coolsense. when i installed it it aborted my installation my saying that I dont have .Net framework, which i have. please help me in providing the link to download the hp coolsense. please

Have you tried restarting the machine?

W10 does not come with Net Framework 3.5 installed.

 

Here is what you need to do to install HP Coolsense...

 

Go to the Windows Control Panel>Programs>Turn Windows features on or off>the window opens.

 

The first program that should show up is Net Framework 3.5.  Check the box, and after a few minutes, W10 will install Net Framework 3.5 for you.

 

Then go to the HP coolsense website and install the latest version for your notebook...
