Your machine only has Intel® Celeron® N3060 (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 2.48 GHz burst frequency, 2 MB cache, 2 cores) CPU/Processor therefore it does NT have M.2 slot for storage as mentioned on page 3.
Dual storage options with M.2 SATA SSD + 2.5" HDD are ONLY available for Intel Core processors.
In short: No, your machine does not have M.2 slot for storage.
