HP 15BAO21AX NOTEBOOK SUPPORTS NVME SSD AND M2 SSD WITH INTERNAL PORT.

Unfortunately, only M.2 SATA-3 SSD is supported by your notebook, not NVMe SSD interface products.
M.2 is an internal port and actually it is a slot
Here is the Maintenance & Service guide for your notebook model series. Start at page 1 and use non-touch second column from the left
