OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 (2Y4A6AV)

BIOS date 8/6/24 F.48

I installed a NVMe Kingston SNV2S1000G 1tb into the 2nd drive space about a year ago. Been using it as a game drive while primary is for windows and other apps.

Recently, when I boot to W11, the 2nd drive does not appear. Every time when I restart, it appears. So it doesn't stay not found twice in a row. Appreciate any comments/solutions. Thank you.

So since the problem only seemed to happen on a cold boot, I created W11 installation media usb, and ran the command prompt from the troubleshooting selection.

Ran the bootrec /fixmbr, /scanos, and /rebuildbcd (/fixboot gave me access denied). Since completing this, I haven't had the issue. Looks like the mbr got corrupted possibly? Hopefully doesn't return.
