Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

 

 

On my new laptop  HP ProBook 470G5  installed NVMe SSD drive INTEL SSDPEKKF256G7H, but it works in a two-channel mode (PSEe 3.0x2)  only.

 

Is it a limitation of the motherboard or drive interface?

Maybe this is a software problem?

 

If I install a more fast SSD  Samsung 960, will it run at full speed?

The same problem on Probook 470 G5 installed with Samsung EVO 960 nvme ssd.
