Are you needing a replacement part, or a protective case to put your device in?
If a replacement part, does the 2nd link not have the info you need (Page 17 onwards)? Google the part number to find suppliers. Or does the document not cover your specific model?
If a sturdy case is what you're looking for, are there any particular features it must have?

The User does not need a replacement part. Seeking a hard shell plastic protective casing. I got it. I have the same model series laptop and looked on eBay. Lots are offered for 11 and 13 inch models but I could not find anything for the 14 inch model. HP does not make protective shells. These are an aftermarket item.

and that is why Apple has such a hold on the market. not because they have better products (which I think they don't) but because they have a wide variety of products available to compliment their products.
Hp should listen to their consumers and produce some options that make their products more attractive by giving them a wider variety of uses... they say that the x360 can be converted into a tablet, but who owns a tablet that doesn't want to try to protect it from damage and have HP ever tried holding a 14" tablet with one hand and try to use it with the other. My wife and I both own HP convertable laptops but they very seldom get used as a tablet for this reason only.

Well Apple introduces one new product every couple years to great fanfare and HP introduces hundreds of new models every year. Much harder to create complementary products when you issue a new laptop model every three days and not once every other year. The aftermarket does provide hard shells and other such materials.
