My battery wont charge when plugging in my laptop. It shows that is it plugged it to the charger but is not charging. I cant get anyone on the tech support chat to help me, My device is serial # [Personal Information Removed] - Pavilion Notebook 17-g161us and on the back of the battery it says 800049-001. Can someone point me in the right directions so i can get a new OEM battery. Thanks

2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
