Need VBios for Nvidia p3200

Hello I need help I'm searching for HP VBios for Nvidia Quadro P3200, I wanted to upgrade my old laptop MSI GT70. Recently purchased HP version of quadro P3200 but I found that there is no vbios chip, I soldered the chip but the bios versions that I tested don't work with the GPU the problem is that memory type is not recognised and speed is limited to 405mhz. 

Can anyone share that GPU bios for me?

There are few things on the GPU that indicates serial numbers.

Replace with HP Spare 30657-001
