Product: 15z-eh100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking for a battery for an HP Pavilion 15z-eh100 laptop. It is just over a year old and the battery has failed. Diagnostic says to replace it due to a blown fuse (42)

 

The HP parts site is no help, it doesn't even list the laptop model, mush less any replacement parts for it. HP online assistant says to go to the parts store.

 

Any help?
