Hello, I own a HP Spectre x360 15-ch004na and I have been having a problem with my shift keys not working. After exhausting all software and os solutions I am going to need to replace the keyboard. However I cannot seem to find the model number for the keyboard and backlight parts so I can order a replacement.
I have disassembled the laptop and have entered all of the numbers into the hp partsurfer tool that are visible on the keyboard and / or the backlight and cannot seem to get a result.
If anyone could help or point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated. If you need any additional information i'd be happy to provide it.

No, you can't find it because it does not exist, you have to find the whole top of our machine and HP does not supply it as shown on its parts list
