Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was following the upgrading memory instructions provided on HP support website (see this). The problem I am facing is that the specification page for my model does not contain any Memory Upgrade Information. Can someone help me with this?


Specifically, I need to know the best available RAM I can buy for my laptop.

You can buy this memory in India by changing the country flag at the top right corner of the webpage.

The only RAM available for purchase in my country has a clock speed of 2400 MHz whereas the RAM already installed on my system has a clock speed of 2133 MHz. Will I have manually underclock this new RAM?

2400 MHz memory will be fine, and it will automatically downclock to 2133 MHz.

But is there some guarantee for this? If the RAM doesn't work, I can't return it according to amazon's policy. Amazon is where crucial's page asks me to buy the RAM.
