I want to know if i can add an internal hdd. currently only inbuilt 500gb ssd is installed.

i want to add internal hdd of 1 tb 3.5 inch SATA 6gb/s 7200rpm 64mb cache.

will this hdd be compatible with my laptop or not.

Basically no -- 3.5 inch drives are only for desktops.  Laptops use 2.5 inch drives and since yours came with an SSD, there is probably no drive cable to connect one, even if there is space.
