HP Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Fan is making loud noises. Cleaning computer helped, but still has periods of a really loud fan.

Not sure which cooling fan to order off of Amazon.

This is the heatsink and fan for your model:

For use in models with UMA graphics 15 W  806826-001

(16)Fan  806747-001

Likely you just need a fan: not much can go wrong with a heatsink but when you replace the fan you should also remove and clean the heatsink and apply new thermal material properly i.e. sparingly but enough to cover surfaces.
