I have a HP laptop and I have raised support case on 22nd March and always getting wrong information from customer support and their supervisor. Also, the local service center is not supportive. They are very rude to talk. The supervisor on CS team is lying- they are giving wrong information always. Need to know escalation matrix urgently.
