Hi @Dark-Dante,
Welcome to the HP support community.
We can certainly help check the system details; however, the serial number alone is not showing any information on our end. This may happen if the number is incomplete, entered incorrectly, or if the product is not registered in the database.
To assist you further, we request that you share a clear image of the serial number from the motherboard or BIOS screen.
Please share it privately (do not post it publicly), so we can verify the details and help identify the correct laptop model.
Once we receive the image, we will check and provide the available information.
Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
Here is the link to find the product Serial number: - Click here
To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile and send a private message to me with the serial number because we value your privacy.

Hi @Dark-Dante,
Thank you for sharing the image and details. It looks like we are not able to pull any details with the serial number shared. It looks like either this is an obsolete product or we are not able to find any details.
If possible, could you please help me with the product number so I can try to pull the details and find more help?
Regards

Hi, you can upload pictures of the motherboard (front and back) and maybe somebody recognizes the model.
Do you have it running? If that is the case, then it is always possible that BIOS info is not accurate. Motherboards of HP laptops are branded before the release, this is done via software and it's entirely possible to enter the wrong S/N, Asset # or SKU # during the procedure.
