The battery has died so I would like to order a replacement but I'm not sure which one to get or where.

 

Please advise.

The Product ID is not what we need it's the model or product number:

I was able to find the product number and be directed to where to purchase the battery via the HP Support Assistant in Windows.

 

If anyone else is in the same boat, the product # for the HP ENVY Notebook (HP ENVY - 17-U193MS) is W2K95UA#ABA.

 

Here is the battery info:

HP BATTERY: part number:  849314-856       description: ASSY-BATT 3C 41WH 3.63Ah LI SG03041XL-PR
