Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was trying to install a windows update and it said that I had to update the BIOS, so I downloaded hp assistant and it wasn't something that came up in the things that need updated. However windows is still telling me that I need to upgrade the BIOS, how do I go about this?
