HP Laptop - 15s - gr0007au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop model is HP Laptop - 15s - gr0007au with Windows 10 Home Single Language 64 having AMD Ryzen 3 processor (3250U), Chipset - AMD Integrated SoC and 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM.

The laptop seems to be very slow & overheating very quickly after using few minutes. Thus, I think it should be upgraded to AMD Ryzen 5 processor and also put in 8gb RAM, especially because I wanted laptop to be used for programming, editing & multitasking purposes, and I didn't had knowledge of processor and RAM's role earlier when I brought, which is needed to make the laptop works faster and effectively.

My Laptop was brought around 2 weeks ago from HP Indian Official Website and it also possessed 1 year warranty. Thus, will this need be fulfilled by the company itself? Please Reply HP team...

HP does not do equipment upgrades under the warranty; it only does repairs.  And, if you switch the processor yourself, you will void the remainder of the warranty.

Sorry, but consumer laptops are not designed to be upgraded -- you get what you get.

For confirmation of this information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.

Since you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/in-en/service-center

If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:
