I tried to update Bios from in Bios and it said that a network cable is unplugged.  My Bios version is 01.16 and the current one is 01.24 Rev.A.

  • Is this wired Ethernet connection or wireless? 
  • What is the operating system?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

This is a wireless ethernet connection and the OS is Win 10 64-bit. I couldn't find a white label, but a black one with PCID A3009DD10203.

Thank you for the information, however, we do not have complete computer information, ( like model name or model number ) to troubleshoot this issue. You can launch HP support assistant software and at the bottom of the page, the computer information is available. 

Meanwhile, you can check the Network adapter cable connection to make it's not disconnected from the motherboard.

  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Are you able to browse the internet?

I'll check the network adapter cable connection.  I've been using the internet and I don't  know when I started losing connection. My PC's info:
