Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery required changing as it was failing.  I purchased a Genuine HP battery LK03XL.   Best Buy Geek Squad installed. They said it passed the genuine test, but when I start-up I get the error message that says this is not a legitimate battery and contact  : www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup".   The could not get the error message to go away. Why not? 

Is this a problem going forward?
