Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello , i bought this laptop (HP 15-DB0001nv) like 4 days ago and i haven't really used that much yet but i noticed that even with light browsing battery will last at best 3-3,5 hours when in the website it says that it can last up to 10 hours.I even did a clean install of windows to see if that will help but nothing changes.Everything else seems to work fine except the battery.Is this normal or should i contact the shop i got it from for a replacement of the battery?

Forgot to mention that my battery lasts 3-3,5 hours on power saver.Also my laptop is supposed to have AMD Radeon™ 535 2GB GDDR5 but on device manager as you can see on this screenshot https://prnt.sc/mt0vr1 only vega 3 appears.I tried all available drivers from hp and the latest from amd website but still the same result.
