HP envy 15 laptop doesnt see New SSD after placed to M2 slot. Nothing happen, i tried to reach bios advanced settings but there is no advanced menu in HP bios.i tried another pc  and SSD working well.  What can i do, updated all drivers and setup windows 10 again but noting changed please help.

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types..

 

The reason the Crucial or any other NVMe SSD doesn't work in your notebook is because the M.2 slot only supports SATA SSD's not NVMe.

 

You need a SATA drive like this:
