Hello, I bought this laptop less than a year. Use two times a week only for browsing the internet, typing in Microsoft Word, opening Microsoft Teams, and never editing or playing games (Only played Microsoft Solitaire once). However, I found that the battery drained quickly within 2 hours of use. I would like to go to the HP service center at Jalan Raya Gubeng, Surabaya, Indonesia, but it's too far. Would you mind to help me?
