Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had just bought a new laptop for school from Costco and having problems registering it.

The model I bought was

HP Laptop 14-ep0033c1

ProductID  7F6N4UA#ABA

ser# XXXXXXXX

 

On the product registration page nothing is found.

 

When I search by Ser# a totally different laptop model and ProductID shows up and saying the factory warrantee is long since expired

What can I do?
