This is notification that I will be contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs for HP knowingly committing Consumer Fraud in the failure to disclose known issues with overheating and crashing to do the lack of cooling and no fan in the unit. The unit continuously freezes and will not do anything due to the said overheating which is putting stress on the hard drive as well as the motherboard.
I seek full reimbursement compensation of the full retail price at the time of release, or full replacement with current model of the same value price point.
This was an inherited computer from my father when he passed away. I am a computer tech and engineer with over 25 years of experience as well as a few years in law which I will use every resource available at my disposal to hold HP accountable.
You have 72 hours to contact me with a full acceptable resolution before I contact the Attorney General's Office as well as the Department of Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau.
