Computer laptop: got a blue screen, and then black and would not come back. This after my MS office suite like Outlook and Excel would also not work. now it won’t
let me update BIOS because there is No HDD/ssd Found. No memory can be found to even fix or update. How can I fix this issue? My computer is completely inoperable.
