I have a brand new laptop with nothing on (files, documents, games etc..) However windows 10 have taken all of my storage so I can not do anything with the laptop. I have been in contact with windows several times and have done everything I can to help clean the drive. Nothing is working I need more space to download things I need being a student! How can I get more storage put onto my laptop (I already have a usb) I need space for downloading on the laptop
thankyou!

What is your notenook/laptop ? It should have a SD/MicroSD card reader. Please use SD or nicroSD card (128GB) to store your files/data. You can also install new applications on SD/MicroSD card (if available) and make this card as default.
Regards.
