I am trying to use my touchpad, but when I am looking for the option to do so, it never even shows up. I don't want to use a mouse, but that's the only way I can use my chromebook at the moment. Please help me.

@Jackmar9
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Fix touchpad problems:
- Make sure there is no dust or dirt on the touchpad.
- Press the Esc key several times.
- Drumroll your fingers on the touchpad for ten seconds.
- Turn your Chromebook off, then back on again.
- Perform a hard reset.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
