My Laptop fan has been noising a lot since few weeks and i dont think its because of overheating, since, the core temperature i see is at it optimal.
Its more of hardware fan problem.
I gaveway for fix-up to hp support and it worked for 2 days and then restarted noising all over again.
How much it may cost to replace the fan of this model and what other upgrades i can do while I am at it ?

Hi! @deludedPsyche, Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
I'm not sure about the quotation for repair. You can contact HP support and get the pricing details.
However, you can try few steps recommended below and check if it helps.
To properly ventilate the computer, allow at least 7.6 cm (3 in) of clearance on the left side
of the computer. The computer uses an electric fan for ventilation. The fan is controlled by a temperature
sensor and is designed to turn on automatically when high-temperature conditions exist. These conditions
are affected by high external temperatures, system power consumption, power management/battery
conservation configurations, battery fast charging, and software requirements. Exhaust air is displaced
through the ventilation grill located on the left side of the computer.
Try updating the chipset drivers and BIOS on your PC and check if it helps.

Try running a system diagnostics on your PC and check if the hardware components on your PC are functioning correctly.
