I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Alright I'll try contacting them, but as I experienced before my laptop is out of warranty, so I won't get support, this forum just the only place to get relevant answers.

If the computer is out of warranty then I believe there is paid support which you can avail.

Thanks I'll definitely look into that matter aswell 

 

You haven't guided me about setting up the HP logo splash screen on Computer bootup/when powered on.

Can you please tell about this as well?
