Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a certified refurbished laptop back in september or so and within a couple months the hinge started to click whenever i'd open/close the laptop, and inner casing on the bottom (around the keyboard) started to separate next to the hinge. Now, the screen can't support itself and both sides of the case keep popping up.
Looking around the forums this seems to be a common problem across all series of HP laptops

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
