I can not thank you enough for all your time and efforts in trying to assist me in getting my issue resolved, I can honestly say for a novice this is the first time I haven't been able to work the problem out for myself.

The date/time issue is because the battery is not operating as expected in its communications with the Battery Management System chip on the system board.
The battery is supposed to provide current to keep the clock and BIOS functions as they have been set. Without that current, they reset to born on date default values.
In the BIOS, the battery date says 2019.
At five years , it has reached an exemplary service life and must be replaced.
Th results of the PC Hardware Diagnostics tests that you have run are odd.
Even with a pass on the main battery test, I would replace the SSD/HDD and reinstall Windows.
Unfortunately, this has reached a point where you should remove the hard drive, put it in an enclosure and save everything important to an external storage device. A laptop shop can do that for you.
