My HP Notebook - 15t - bs000 CTO's hinges and back casing completely broke and came off December 2018 (about a year after I got it). The problem was resolved after I sent it to HP and they fixed it. Now (Feburary 2020) the same thing is happening again after HP repaired my computer in their facility. What should I do? The HP Support website is not allowing me to contact any one for help. The computer is in perfect condition besides the outer case and I don't know what to do.
