HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0000nc

Hello, can you advise if it is possible to upgrade the RAM memory in the laptop?

I have installed 2x4GB only and I need to be sure if I can upgrade to 2x8GB.

And if yes, would you give me advice on which type/specification will fit in?

Hi:

Yes, you can install up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory in your notebook.

This 8 GB memory chip should be compatible with your notebook.

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that the memory cannot be upgraded.

But chapter 5 shows the procedure to remove and replace the memory.

See this discussion regarding a very similar model with pictures that shows the memory can indeed be upgraded.

Yeah, that is what saw. That the RAM modules are not possible to upgrade in future...

So thank you for your confirmation, and I will take a look at 2x8 GB SODIMM DDR4 3200MH with 1.2V.
