Comprei um SSD da Kingston (A400 - 480GB) e quando coloquei no meu notebook, ele não reconheceu o SSD.
Fiz todos os processos indicados em outros posts da comunidade: update da Bios, formatação do notebook, tentar verificar pelo gerenciamento de dispositivos, enfim... nada resolveu.
Adquiri um outro SSD, dessa vez da própria HP, e a mesma coisa que aconteceu com o da Kingston aconteceu com esse.
Alguém sabe dizer se esse modelo é incompatível com SSD ou se tem alguma outra saída para o meu caso?

Hi:
There is no reason I can think of as to why a 2.5" SATA SSD won't work in your notebook.
The Kingston A400 should have been plug and play, as should any other brand/model 2.5" SSD.
Since you tried two SSD's and neither of them worked, I would give up on trying.
