Hi, 

I've had this Omen laptop for a few years now, and until recently (several weeks), everything was working fine.

I regularly play games and draw art, and I've noticed that when using the Omen Gaming Hub's max fan speed setting, the fans completely shut off, and the only way I've been able to keep them on is by using the manual setting or auto.
