Product: Omen EN0745NG
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

First of all, excuse my bad english. I have a problem with my keyboard. According to the description, the Omen 15 EN-0745-NG should have an RBG-keyboard that can be changed in color. But I have no setting options for it. I can only switch the lighting (only white!) on or off. the white is much too bright. the setting should be found in the omen control center but there is nothing. the device manager also only says "ps/2 standard keyboard".

Is it RGB 4-zone lighting?

The model has RGB-1-zone-lighting but the color should be changeable. The standard color should be "Dragon Red", but it is only white. The following items are displayed in the Control Center on the HP side: system vitals, performance control, lighting, network booster. I'm missing the point "lighting" (screenshot).Omen.jpg
