Hello jamesbond2285,
Almost all Laptops that have dedicated graphics cards, those cards are permanently attached to the motherboard (soldered) and are not meant to be changed.
Also this will void your warranty if you tamper with it.
If you want the Omen with the newer 1060 ti mobile card, you would do best to purchase one with it already installed.

but what if the warranty is over? can i do it? none of the games i play can be at least 60fps multiplayer, which is my main mode. but if i do that, am i required to upgrade my ram, fans, and SSD? this is a real needed answer.

The chip is soldered to the motherboard thus making it impossible to swap.
I did see someone desoldering a GPU years ago in a forum, but not with the expected results.
Only laptop equipped with MXM technology may have upgradable dGPU.

is there a possibility of it working with a USB to PCIe converter and i buy a graphics card separately will it be able to pull that amount of power out, allowing me to actually play the game with more graphics power?

Check out this one.

But I can't garantee the functionality. Never tested never will I. Also performance may vary laptop to laptop.

I dont know of anyone who has tried this on an Omen yet and I have no idea if it will work either. It would be interesting to know how it turns out.
@beastkillerGAME When you do try it, please come back and tell us about it.
But - start a new thread in the Gaming Laptops section of the forum.
