One week ago, After doing an bios update to version 12, when I shut down the computer as usual, It didn't turn on again.
No leds, sounds, nothing. It's completly dead.
I request the support from HP since the laptop is brand new (less than 6 monhts), and all troubleshooting failed.
Since then, they opened a case to solve the problem and it's been one week I get no feedback from them! Everytime i try contact, they say there's a glitch on the system and they will come back when it's solved. How can I live and work without laptop!?
