Hi @VikramTheGreat

Yes, I know that physical damage is not covered under warranty.
Thats why I've got an offer about 530CHF from your Support an I've alreday paid it!!
But now the notebook should be repaired as fast as possible.

First I had to wait one week after payement to fix an picking up time.
Then I had to wait one week more for picking up the notebook, because the first picking up was not executed.
Now, 3 weeks later !!! it's finally arrived in the repair center,
And always, I' hat to react and ask about the status, otherwise nothing was happend.
Is this what you call a good support? And for this it's not relevant, if it's a warranty case or paid repair!

So the ony thing I'm asking for is that the paid repair is done as fast as possible and the repaired notebook is sent back to me. Thank you.

Hi @Ato99,

Your repair was officially initiated once the payment was received. The device is now at the HP repair center, and the repair team has started processing it.

You will receive regular email updates on the status of the repair, including when it is completed and shipped back to you. The team will ensure your notebook is repaired and returned as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience, and rest assured, the repair is now actively in progress.
