Product: HP Laptop - 14-fq0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

There are two USB Ports side-by-side. The one on the left only works. I ran a test, HP Support Assistant. The product ID is 192T6UA#ABA, and the Failure ID is QAE7PF-ABDCK9-MFPU3A-8D3S03. The laptop is out of warranty, but I own it. I want this USB Port to get fixed.. Do you have any suggestions?
