Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0035ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi. I received a new RAM (2 matrices of 8 GB each), but the laptop does not work well with them. Freezes constantly and randomly at different times. I want to configure RAM in BIOS, but the Advanced tab is hidden there. How do I open it? BIOS version - F.12
Thank you for your reply
